Development Process

From Specification to Finished Boat

Requirement intake through finished goods — every step inside our own plant.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & NDA

    We collect your specification, target market, compliance requirements and volume forecast. An NDA is signed within 4 business hours, before any file exchange.

  2. 02

    Specification Review

    Hull type, dimensions, tube layout, materials and hardware are assessed for manufacturability. You receive a written report with cost drivers identified.

  3. 03

    Engineering Proposal

    Drawings, bill of materials, construction details and a quotation are returned for your approval — nothing enters production until you sign off.

  4. 04

    Sample Build

    A physical prototype confirms geometry, weight, finish and fit-out. Ships in 10–15 days.

  5. 05

    Pilot Batch (20–50)

    A pilot run validates production jigs, artwork match and every QC gate before you commit to scale.

  6. 06

    Volume Production

    30–45 days of batch production under the Node 01–07 QC process, with traceability to material lot level.

  7. 07

    Export-Ready Delivery

    Crated, documented, container-loaded and sealed — handed over ready for export.

The approved sample is the contract. Every boat in the batch is measured against it.
