Removable aluminum floor boards provide exceptional rigidity and load capacity, while aluminum side stringers lock the boards laterally to prevent hull flexing at high speed.
The inflatable V-keel chamber sits between the floor boards and the outer bottom fabric, shaping the hull into a V-profile that improves wave-cutting and prevents sideways skidding. The floor is selectable between removable aluminum alloy boards and a drop-stitch air floor. Multi-chamber tube construction (3+1 compartments) ensures sufficient buoyancy even if one chamber is compromised.
A transom protection plate with marine plywood and aluminum motor pads shields the transom from outboard clamps. The self-bailing drain valve uses Bernoulli's principle to flush cockpit water while underway. Grab lines and molded handles provide safe re-boarding from the water.
Material options include 0.9–1.2 mm PVC fabric (hot-air/high-frequency welded) for standard use and CSM/Hypalon (cold-bonded) for premium or high-UV environments. Heavy-duty rubbing strakes and armor pads protect the keel and high-friction zones during beach landings.
