The Challenge

The public tender demanded traceable QC records for every boat delivered; the local sea state demanded a heavy-duty build; and crews rotating between hulls needed identical console layouts across both lengths to keep handovers safe.

Our Solution

Two patrol configurations built on proven professional hulls — patrol-line-600 and rescue-guard-470 — sharing one mission-console layout, reinforced tubes for rough-water duty, and the seven-gate QC file (Node 01–07) issued per hull for tender compliance.

Quality and Inspection Controls

Quality Basis:

Approved sample, technical specification, customer-approved BOM, artwork reference and packing requirements.

Inspection Focus:

  • Completeness of Node 01–07 gate records per hull
  • Hull weld and seam inspection on every boat
  • Review of 24-hour pressure-hold logs for every tube set
  • Electronics-mount and fit-out fastener verification
  • Livery, call sign and registration accuracy before shipment
