High-Tenacity Marine PVC Tube Fabric — Neptunor

Multi-layer laminated PVC tube fabric rated for marine duty, RF-welded to eliminate delamination.

High-tenacity marine PVC is the primary tube fabric across Neptunor inflatable boats: multi-layer lamination for UV, saltwater and abrasion resistance.

Specifications verified: 2026-08-24

Neptunor uses multi-layer laminated PVC fabric rated for demanding marine environments on every tube set we build. Each layer is fusion-welded rather than glued, eliminating the delamination risk found in lower-quality inflatables.

The fabric is tested for UV resistance, saltwater corrosion and abrasion — ensuring long-term durability in coastal, lake and river service, from rental fleets to rescue duty.

Specs you can quote

Our tube fabric is 1,680 DTEX with a three-layer coating in 0.9 mm–1.2 mm gauges; every batch is verified to ISO 1421 (tensile) and ISO 4892 (2000-hour xenon-arc UV) before production. Welded chambers are proven with a 24-hour pressure-hold test at 0.35 bar — any chamber dropping more than 0.02 bar is rejected.
