Qingdao, China — Neptunor today announced the official launch of the Alloy Series, a new line of aluminum-hull rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) developed specifically for OEM and ODM programs. The series debuts with three hull lengths — rib-alloy-360 (3.6 m), rib-alloy-430 (4.3 m) and rib-alloy-470 (4.7 m) — covering tender, utility, dive and patrol duties under one manufacturing platform.
A welded hull process built for repeatability
Every Alloy Series hull starts as CNC-cut marine-grade aluminum plate, jig-welded on dedicated fixtures by certified welders. Each hull passes a seam inspection before it moves to the collar assembly line, where high-tenacity PVC or CSM (Hypalon®) tube sets are fitted, inflated and held through our standard 24-hour pressure test at 0.35 bar. Chambers that drop more than 0.02 bar never leave the line.
The fixture-based process is what makes the line OEM-friendly: hull geometry stays consistent across a 20-boat pilot run or a 200-boat fleet order, so consoles, graphics and hardware land in identical positions on every unit.
One platform, three duty profiles
- rib-alloy-360 — compact tender and harbor utility work; davit-friendly weight for yacht and marina programs.
- rib-alloy-430 — the workhorse of the range; rental fleets, dive support and coastal transfer duty.
- rib-alloy-470 — maximum load and sea-keeping; dive charters, patrol and rescue configurations with console, tank rack and re-entry ladder options.
Console types, tube fabric, colors, graphics and packaging are specified per project. EU-bound builds are prepared for CE certification under the Recreational Craft Directive 2013/53/EU in design categories C and D.
Who the series is built for
The Alloy Series targets four buyer groups: boat brands building private-label tender lines, rental and resort operators standardizing fleets, dive and watersports schools, and institutional buyers running rescue or patrol tenders. Volume production runs 90–100+ units per approved configuration, with pilot batches from 20–50 units and samples shipping in 10–15 days.
Availability
Sample boats of all three lengths are complete and available for inspection at the Qingdao plant or by video walkthrough. Production slots for Q4 2026 are now being allocated to launch partners.
